Position 1 : Credit Manager of Risk Control Department
Scope of Role:
As the middle office of the Branch’s credit business, The Credit Manager is responsible to  assess of Credit proposal, monitor and manage credit risk. Ensure the conduct of the Branch’s credit business is within the letter and spirit of Head Office and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  •Report to the Head or Deputy Head of Risk Control Department;
  •Assess the credit proposal from front office;
  •Analyze macroeconomics, economic activity and the creditworthiness of Bank's Clients, analyzing relevant industry and financial condition of borrowers , analyze the risk factors and prepare mitigating suggestions ;
  •Conduct project loan assessment;
  •Prepare and submit credit assessment report to the Credit Committee, establish and adjust limits and/or preconditions for credit deals, based on the results of monitoring and analysis of the financial situation and information;
  •Regularly review the credit policy of the bank;
  •Other works assigned by the Head or Deputy Head of Risk Control Department.
Qualifications and Skills:
  •BS/MS degree in finance or economics and other related courses.
  •Minimum of 5 years of experience on the corporate loan assessment and analysis in Corporate banking and commercial banking sector, top 10 banks is preferred.
  •Possession of professional methods of financial and economic analysis of economic activities of corporate; Accounting standards IFRS knowledge; Possession of ability of macroeconomics analysis and industry analysis; Familiar with energy, real estate, power, mining and infrastructure industry, capable of writing industry analysis report and project loan assessment report; Capable of writing comprehensive and in-depth credit assessment report; Familiar with credit risk management requirement of BSP. 

Position 2 : Relationship Manager of Project Finance (Investment Banking) of Marketing Department
Scope of Role:

  •Focus on Project Finance of different industries.    
  •Responsible for acquiring new projects, including real estate, power, infrastructure, etc. Help the Bank to be original lender of the project or assignee of existing project loans.
  •Hold primary responsibility for project developers/investors/owners/contractors  and interact with the clients in order to develop appropriate financing structure, engage with syndicated project finance.
  •Rich experience in project finance or syndicated loans. Comprehensive and updated knowledge in specific industries, including but not limited to real estate, power, infrastructure, etc.
  •Ensure sound loan underwriting and post-loan management to resolve risk related issues and avoid any loses could be lead to the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
  •Act as the primary contact point with project developers/investors/owners/contractors and promote financial products and services to the clients;
  •Proceed KYC and CDD process to on board the clients;
  •Manage credit lines for the projects or the respective customers.
  •Draft due diligence report and conduct financial analysis, feasibility study and project assessment on target projects/customers; and to compose investigation and assessment reports;
  •Responsible for post-loan management periodically with inspection on project/developer/contractor’s operation, cash flows and overall progress. 
  •Conduct periodic and ad-hoc credit review on these clients according to business needs;
  •Prepare relevant statistics, analysis and report.
Qualifications and Skills
  •Bachelor degree or above majoring in accounting, economy, finance or other relevant degrees;
  •4 to 6 years working experience relevant with project finance, loan syndication, or real estate development;
  •Manager or above current position rank.
  •Familiar with related regulations, policies, market information, pricing strategy;
  •Familiar with credit facilities and banking products related to project finance;
  •Strong capability of written and spoken English.

Position 3 : Marketing Specialist of Marketing Department
Key Responsibilities:
To Assist and Work with Relationship Managers with following responsibilities:
  •To develop market and maintain the relationship with corporate clients;
  •To introduce and promote appropriate financial products or services to corporate clients;
  •To be responsible for providing daily service and contact with target clients;  
  •To design financial service program to customers and to coordinate other departments to ensure good service;
  •To understand client’s business /industry, its evolution and challenges by conducting investigations and data collection of clients;
  •To prepare client’s due diligence report and to analyse and make judgment based on the data;
  •To conduct financial analysis and credit assessment on target customers; and to compose investigation and assessment reports;
  •Responsible for post-loan management periodically with inspection on clients’ business operation and cash flows.  
Qualifications and Skills:
  •Bachelor degree or above, majoring in business administration, accounting, economy or finance; (Other majors are acceptable with an outstanding GPA)
  •Graduated within 3years with at least 1 year banking experience.   
  •Strong analytical skills;
  •Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  •Responsibility, resilience and accountability are required.
