Dear Clients, in the wake of rising concerns related to COVID-19, we would like to reassure you that ICBC Manila Branch is always prepared to deliver our commitments to you through our unrelenting service even during these uncertain times.

At present, our banking business is operating as usual and always ready to implement our business continuity plan for the entire organization. During this time, we wish to further notify that we will continue to serve you. There may be times that our operations may be affected and there may be some delay in addressing customer needs. Rest assured that we will strive to serve you in our full capacity during this time and the months thereafter.

Parallel to this and recognizing our priority to secure the health and safety of our people, partners, clients and the community around us, ICBC Manila Branch has started implementing a contingency plan for employees and the office, which includes, among others, installing protocols for disinfection, prevention, quarantine, travel restriction, and flexible work arrangement.

In adherence to the government’s call for a stringent social distancing measures in NCR, ICBC Manila Branch’s office located at the Ground Floor of The Curve Building will be closed starting 16 March 2020, Monday until further notice. Meanwhile, our office in the 24th Floor of The Curve Building is business as usual. All banking services will remain available, including Remittance, Spot FX Trading, Loan/Interest Rollover, Loan Interest payment/Principal repayment.
